We are a group of concerned citizens working hard to connect as many people as possible to concrete opportunities to take action— today, tomorrow, and ongoing. Until we win.
We are based in the Westville area of New Haven CT and work with neighboring indivisible groups, the statewide Activist Coalition, the Indivisible Action Coalition, Unions, and many community groups to bring information and actions for you to get involved, be informed, and to take action.
We will grow this simple website to add more information and opportunities as time goes on.

We have a great event being planned with our organizing partners: ACLU CT, CT for All, New Haven Federation of Teachers and New Haven Rising.
We are expecting a lot more people than the 5,000+ that came out in October and need your help - starting now with organizing and planning the event as well on the day of the event.
Please reach out to greaterwestvilleindivisible@gmail.com with offers to help! You can also sign up to volunteer on this volunteer form.
Please send comments, suggestions for actions or items of interest to: greaterwestvilleindivisible@gmail.com.
Greater Westville Indivisible is again partnering with the Ct Volunteers PAC to raise funds through ActBlue to support the costs of the next No Kings Rally in March 2026 (date to be determined).
And in March, we want to have a better sound system so everyone in the back can hear the speakers and music!
For the October rally, 140 people contributes enough to cover all the costs of the sound system, permits, stage, and police costs.
Please contribute as much as you can— any amount is appreciated!

We will be folding large origami peace cranes that could be used at the 3/28 No Kings rally
At the Mitchell Library on Harrison Street
At Creative Arts Workshop on Audubon Street
We plan to fold 100 cranes from 3-foot squares of white paper
We will teach how to fold them in both locations.
Come and join us and spread the word.

Here are actions you can take now to protect democracy
Founded by Miles Taylor (a Trump 1.0 administration official now targeted by Trump) and Xander Schultz (founder of Defeat by Tweet and One for Democracy). From their web site:
“What can I do? We built a club to answer that question.
Each month, we give you options to fight back - peacefully, lawfully, and defiantly -
against Trump’s authoritarian takeover.
You choose what missions to support.
Then we take action together”.
Defiance.org will have a “focus of the week” for us to take collective action. This week is “Destroying Trump’s Big Biz Alliances.”
Watch the inaugural Weekly Spotlight HERE.
The discussion of the first two groups selected for collective action starts at the 36 minute mark. Stay to the end for Robert DeNiro.
Each Wednesday at 5 PM Defiance.org will host a Weekly Spotlight.
You can join for a little as $1/month.
This activist group based in Glastonbury publishes regular updates on actions to take.

We are committed to doing all that we can in support of science-based healthcare that has been under attack by the Trump administration and RFK Jr, as they spread misinformation about vaccines, medications, and proven research findings, while they decimate the healthcare infrastructure.
